Tranquino is excited to present his latest body of work, an exploration of resilience and vulnerability. Drawing inspiration from the duality of xerophilic plants—their protective thorns and delicate blooms—the exhibition delves into the landscapes of the subconscious mind, mirroring the complexities of the human experience. Through this collection, Tranquino examines the profound relationship between humans, plants, and the environment, highlighting how these interconnected systems reflect themes of adaptation, survival, and beauty.
Tranquino invites viewers to reflect on the coexistence of strength and fragility, both within ourselves and in the natural world around us.
GOOD GIRL ROTTED *but it’s different* will feature all new work from Whitt’s series MONSTROUS/FEMININE. Drawing from her research on horror films, the grotesque, personal experiences with mental disorders (depression/anxiety/PTSD), and the reality of being a woman in 2025 living in Texas, Whitt’s interests and experiences are woven and twisted into an amalgamation of photography, video, sculptural installations, and handmade books.
“To The Moon and Back” is Jimena Gaytan’s first ever art exhibition, featuring over 20 acrylic paintings.
The exhibition is about anger, death, grief, sadness, but most importantly, love— never-ending love for a mother who passed almost a decade ago.
Throughout the exhibition you’ll be able to see and feel how Jimena and her siblings felt throughout their mom’s colon cancer journey, how they felt as they witnessed their mother’s fight against the disease, and how they struggled with their mother’s last days and eventual passing.
As March is colorectal cancer awareness month, all the money raised will go to @fightcrc .
